  1. The Blackhawks can and will take down the Coyotes. For the last 22 games, they have been without their star, Jonathon Toews, now, he’s back, and ready to prounce.

    • I agree. That’s the one series I need to add the preview to. I’m a big Blackhawks fan in addition to you, Sam, so I’m really hoping they go through. It all depends on Corey Crawford.

      • Did you see that hit on Hossa, though? I can’t believe Torres wasn’t penalized.

      • Of course I saw that hit! I’m amazed that Raffi Torres wasn’t penalized and very surprised he wasn’t suspended for the rest of the series, or a few games at least. And elbow to the head while off the ice is a ridiculous no-call.

Definitely agree on Crawford. He has been nothing like he was last season, and he will need to step it up, especially after the weak OT goal he gave up last night. Mike Smith has won the goaltender’s matchup so far.

      • Crawford’s definitely the X-Factor in this series. The goal he gave up the other night was a soft goal, he needs to step it up against a pretty good Coyotes team.
