Watney wins WGC-Cadillac Championship

Nick Watney won the WGC-Cadillac Championship Sunday, beating Dustin Johnson by 2 strokes.

Nick Watney won the 2011 WGC-Cadillac Championship by 2 strokes over Dustin Johnson. Watney finished the tournament with a 67 on Sunday, and overall finished at -16. Watney, 29, beat Lee Westwood in the Accenture Match Play Championship a few weeks ago to move into the top 10 players in the world. Tiger Woods finished tied for 10th place after a final round 66, and ended the tournament at -10. It was his first top-10 finish since the 2010 US Open. Phil Mickelson had a terrible final round, finishing the tournament with a 4-over 76. Watney won the tournament on the 18th hole, sinking a birdie to beat Johnson, who finished at -14.
