Versteeg traded

Kris Versteeg was part of the Stanley Cup winning Blackhawks last year. He was traded Monday to Chicago's Cup Finals opponents, the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Toronto Maple Leafs traded forward Kris Versteeg to the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for a 2011 first and third round draft pick. 24-year old Versteeg, who was part of the Stanley Cup winning Chicago Blackhawks last year, was traded to Toronto in the offseason, as Chicago sent many pieces of their team away to clear cap space. Versteeg has 14 goals and 21 assists on the season and goes from a cellar dweller to a team that leads the Eastern Conference, the Flyers, who have 77 points on the season.
