Cavaliers one loss away from tying league record for futility

The 2010-2011 season has not been very fun at all for Byron Scott and the Cavs.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are on a 22-games and counting losing streak after losing to the Indiana Pacers 119-112. Danny Granger iced the game with key free throws after the Cavs threw away the only chance they had. Darren Collison added 22 points. The Cavaliers dropped to a league-worst 8-41, and ironically, coach Byron Scott, hired this year after being fired by the New Orleans Hornets, played on the Vancouver Grizzlies in 1995-96, one of the two teams (the other being the 1997-1998 Denver Nuggets) that share the current record for most consecutive losses, with 23. Cleveland will try to break free of the streak and avoid tying the record against Memphis next game.
