Sidney Crosby not the only one out of All-Star Game

Pittsburgh Penguins superstar Sidney Crosby will miss the 2011 NHL All-Star Game in Raleigh, North Carolina with lingering effects of a concussion. Crosby suffered the injury during the Winter Classic January 1st vs. the Washington Capitals after a hard hit. The Carolina Hurricanes are the host for the All-Star Game. Crosby was the top vote getter and has now fallen behind in the points race, currently one point behind Steven Stamkos. Teammate Evgeni Malkin will also not attend, reportedly due to a sinus infection (Seriously?). Jarome Iginla will also not attend, along with Oilers forward Ales Hemsky and teammate Jordan Eberle.
