Jets upset Pats

Talk. Talk Talk, Talk Talk, Talk Talk. That’s what the New York Jets did all week going into Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots as huge underdogs. Jets head coach called the game the second most important game in Jets history. The Jets backed up all the talk, as they upset the Patriots 28-21. Second-year quarterback Mark Sanchez threw for 3 touchdowns and no interceptions. MVP Favorite Tom Brady was mediocre, throwing for 299 yards but only 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. The Jets led 14-3 at halftime, but the Patriots were back within a score with 24 seconds remaining. However, the onside kick failed, and the Jets play the Pittsburgh Steelers next Sunday in the AFC Championship Game.
