The Chicago Bears trounced the overmatched Seattle Seahawks, proving that dreams don’t last forever, 35-24. Jay Cutler was surprisingly good for Chicago, throwing for 274 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions. Such an accurate day is rare for Cutler, as he has consistently been ranked in the top 10 in interceptions his whole career. Matt Hasselbeck has a second straight very good game, throwing for 258 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions, but forced it a little too much, throwing 46 times to Cutler’s 28. Bears running back Matt Forte had a strong game, running 25 times for 80 yards. Seattle halfback Marshawn Lynch, coming off quite possibly the greatest game of his career, was virtually nonexistent, running 4 times for 2 yards.

Nice blog ya got here. Honestly, I am a little surprised that the Bears have been able to do what they have done this year. Their coach has been on the hot seat (well not anymore) and their quarterback has also been under fire. However, they have responded well, with the improving O-Line and have a chance at the Super Bowl oddly enough. They gotta thank the Broncos too for the blessing that is Jay Cutler cuz he has played very well at the right times this year. Gonna be a good matchup on Sunday vs. the Pack and Aaron Rodgers. Really excited to see it. Also, you think you could check out my blog cuz I’d love to hear what you think. http://chrisross91.wordpress.com/2011/01/17/one-bronco%E2%80%99s-garbage-is-another-bear%E2%80%99s-treasure/
Hey Chris, thanks for checking out my blog. Yup, it certainly will be a game to watch Sunday. Don’t forget about Josh McDaniels. He’s the one to thank (or blame, if you’re the Broncos) for Cutler. I’m still not all too convinced that Cutler’s the real deal, but I’m encouraged by the win. I’m also excited for the game. Should be a great one, along with the Jets-Steelers game. Sure, I’ll check out your blog. Thanks for the link. In fact, I’ll do it now!
