Packers all over #1 seed Falcons

The game was supposed to be a close one. Maybe a little one sided. But not this one sided. Aaron Rodgers threw for 366 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions, and the Green Bay Packers are moving on, routing the #1 seeded Atlanta Falcons by 27 points, 48-21. For the Falcons, all they could do is watch, as the Packers, incredibly, never punted the whole game. Matt Ryan struggled mightily, throwing for only 186 yards, 1 touchdown, and 2 interceptions. Star running back Michael Turner was kept at bay, running for a measly 39 yards. With a season that started with so much hope, ended with so much disappointment. Ryan fell to 0-2 in the playoffs during his young career. After a Turner 12 yard run in the first quarter, not much went right for Atlanta. Green Bay will play either Seattle or Chicago for the NFC Championship Game. Seattle plays Chicago Sunday at 1 o’clock PM Eastern Time.
