All-time saves leader Hoffman decides to retire

All-time saves leader Trevor Hoffman has decided to call it quits after his 18th season. Hoffman had an off year this past season, but ended it at 601 saves in a Hall-of-Fame worthy career. After the 2008 season, Hoffman left the San Diego Padres to go to Milwaukee, where he finished off his career. He will go back to the Padres for a front office job. Hoffman saved his 600th career game on September 7th.
