In a game of two 10-6 teams, the Green Bay Packers squeaked out a win over the Philadelphia Eagles, 21-16. Michael Vick threw for 292 yards, but threw a costly pick to Tramon Williams in the end zone with 33 seconds remaining to seal the loss. Aaron Rodgers threw for 180 yards, 3 touchdowns, and no interceptions in the game, but the supposedly “throw first” Packers found themselves handing the ball off constantly to a no-name rookie. James Starks ran for 123 yards, and almost reached his season total in carries with 23. David Akers, who, along with Vick, will be going to the Pro Bowl, missed two field goals which might have been the difference for Philadelphia. Vick played his first playoff game since emerging into a star player, a year after getting released from prison for dogfighting.
