Orlando Magic 2.0 snaps Spurs’ streak

Thursday, the Orlando Magic snapped the San Antonio Spurs’ 10 game winning streak in a rout, 123-101. Newcomer Gilbert Arenas scored 14 points and added 9 assists off the bench. Jason Richardson and Hedo Turkoglu scored 15 and 11 points, respectably. J.J. Redick shot an incredible 5-5 from 3-point range, going for 17 points off the bench. Arenas was traded from Washington on Saturday. Richardson and Turkoglu were traded from Phoenix also on Saturday. Starting point guard Jameer Nelson didn’t play many minutes with a stomach illness, and Arenas capitalized. The Spurs dropped to 25-4 on the season, first in the Western Conference. For
