McNabb out as starter

Donovan McNabb will be replaced by Rex Grossman for Sunday’s divisional matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. McNabb will slide even further down on the depth chart and be the 3rd string behind Grossman and John Beck for the rest of the year after Sunday. McNabb was traded from the Eagles in April and Redskins fans actually had something to cheer about- until the regular season started. Daniel Snyder, the owner of the Redskins, offered a large contract to the 34-year old this year, which he accepted. The Redskins are 5-8 and have been eliminated from playoff contention with the Giants and Eagles battling for first in the NFC East.
