Liverpool offers free tickets

English club Liverpool FC is offering free tickets to kids who are accompanied by a paying adult. This offer is only to kids under the age of 17. New Liverpool owner John Henry, also the Boston Red Sox owner of Major League Baseball, is trying to improve the poor relationship between the fan base and the team. Tom Hicks and George Gillett Jr. were very unpopular and received a lot of criticism during their time as owners of the Premier League club. Henry bought the club in October. When an adult buys a $32 ticket for next week’s match against Utrecht kids get free. The fixture is next Wednesday, December 15th.
